NIO DAY之前我发过两篇帖子,提过蔚来这个售后服务的事,当时有人反驳我说任何企业给他这些钱,都能烧出这样的服务,这次晚会后你还想这么说吗?海底捞魔性的让员工与企业相连至今无法复制,蔚来魔性的让用户与企业相连也是我从未见过的,最重要一点,蔚来的用户大部分确实是高端用户,这些人是你能用与实际价值不相等的产品靠服务能打动的人吗?他们有那个钱到哪服务都不会差。你看看这些客户在做什么,相信也能支撑起现在的股价,蔚来本身现在的定位也不是人人都可以拥有的定位!

第一,股票投资很多不是专业的人想复杂了,我只选赛道,这条赛道我别的帖子说了,我坚决看好,所以只买头部企业,我持有的就是特斯拉和蔚来,第二要说不被很多消息所影响是假的,但是用过试过蔚来的产品才会让我坚持持有蔚来,还有一点我的帖子没有说,蔚来的换电我个人认为也是基于能超越特斯拉的存在,就是可以花点钱更换更高续航的电池,目前没有新能源车能做到,这几点只是我目前能看到的,也许这点也会是蔚来的未来盈利点

还是那个误区,总站在消费者的角度考虑买蔚来的车值不值而不是站在在投资者的角度考虑买蔚来公司值不值。站在消费者的角度 蔚来汽车配置高,价格不贵,服务超一流 值! 站在投资者的角度 蔚来汽车烧钱买口碑 可持续性有待考察 汽车毛利率为负 公司现金流告急 。就像贾老板的手机和电视一样 真的值 可是乐视呢?这是拿投资者的钱 奉献消费者啊。

为什么弯道超车的时候不拿过弯优势来弥补,一定要和人家正面刚?特斯拉在初创时候敢服务吗?车不便宜,服务还贵,那个时候可能就死了,中国的人工费美国敢比吗?特斯拉无疑现在是这个行业的老大,老大你就不敢挑战吗?那技术永远是别人的.而且我说了产品如果不够硬,别当消费者都是傻子,也卖了几万量了,车主目前我看没有骂娘的,我试驾过多次,因为小区不让按充电桩,我一直无缘做蔚来的车主,产品对的起现在的价格

服务业要的是口碑,制造业要的是硬资产实力,李斌这种打法短期烧钱确实能获得口碑,把车卖出去,可是硬资产实力不提升,我就不信他能长久。

可以肯定的一点,李斌不这么热衷于用服务讨好车主,他的蔚来早倒闭了。可问题是这种服务的可持续性,马斯克搞得路子是把钱花在产品上,2座工厂已经建好了,马上要建第三座,爆款产品一个接着一个出炉,这种企业一片欣欣向荣的景象。反观蔚来,热衷于烧钱讨好车主,苦求能获得口碑效应,车子在短期内能卖出去,可这种口碑效应是个无底洞啊,泡沫般的存在,一旦服务削减,你信不信车主们立马跳着骂李斌。
